MOD Pizza

MOD Pizza, the very early years. I was hired to do many things for MOD Pizza. Starting with brand management. In early 2010, MOD was building their Bellevue store: MOD 2. It was under construction with many site challenges. In addition to getting the project back on course, there were three different brands. The now infamous 'badge' or 'shield' was what we all agreed would be the primary brand going forward. I then went on to design the brand dress for MOD stores 3 thru 14. It was a great journey. I learned a lot about kitchens, equipment, furniture, procurement, lighting, acoustics and environmental graphics. In addition to getting construction documents and permits for all stores, I was head of facilities, taking care of all  the existing stores. I even did an extensive remodel to the Seattle DT store in the 11 days over the December holiday period in 2013. MOD radio additionally has much of my personal music on it, especially the ska tracks.
